Right know I have four alpine bucks that I am currently using.  Below is the pedigree information on three of them and there stud fee.  I am getting a Kickapoo Valley buck kid and once I have the pedigree information on him I will get it up here.

Hobby-Farm Rex Nighthawk

Date of Birth; 4/22/00

                                           HOACH'S SDRS LOGIC

        EPHRAIM LOGIC'S REX PAPILLON

                                   CH   EPHRAIM RAP'TUS

                                            EPHRAIM LOGICAL FORMAT

        HOBBY-FARM FORMAT'S JANE

                                            HOBBY-FARM ARTHUR'S DONNA

His dam is a 8* milker that I have owned for the  three years.  She has two legs for a championship but did not get the last one since her age caught up to and since then has passed on..  Nighthawk is a two tone chamoisee and produces a lot of the same.  He has mostly produced doe kids in the three years that I have been using him.  I have shown a lot of his kids at 4-H shows where they are very competitive and several have won best of breed as kids.  I showed several of his kids at the state fair.  I don't have any does out of him that freshened yet since I only breed him to a couple of does that first year and the only doe kid that I kept didn't freshen.  The stud fee for him is $25

VANCE'S CHEROKEE'S PLAYBOY

Date of birth; 4/28/01

                                   GCH    CRAZY-HOLLOW MISCHIEF RENEGADE

            CRAZY-HOLLOW CHAUNCYS CHEROKEE

                                   GCH    CRAZY-HOLLOW MISTYS CHAUNCY

                                   GCH    NODAWAY SORCERER'S AVENGER

GCH   VANCE'S AVENGER'S STELLA

                                   GCH    VANCE'S SHEBA

Playboy is a Cou Blanc and produces mostly Cou Blanc.  For him it is about even for the numbers of buck and doe kids but I think he produces slightly more doe kids.  He improves legs and general appearance in the kids and may also help the mammary system depending on the doe.  I have shown several of his kids at 4-H shows and a couple of them at state fair also.  His mother Stella was linear appraised at 91.  I have a lot of kids out of him and the ones that have freshened so far all have really nice udders.  He has made huge improvements over the udders of the dam and in feet and legs.  As you can see he has very good bloodlines and he produces very nice kids so the stud fee for him is $35.  Last Year I kept a buck kid out of him and plan on doing it again since he and some of my good does are getting older.

Both of these bucks have had a lot of use this year in my herd and have got most does breed on the first heat cycle.  They both are very reliable and I don't have any problems with does not settling.  I have had both of them for awhile now and they both are very good at getting the does bred.
